Marketing & Digital Media Specialist

  • To plan marketing campaigns for the group entities and companies.
  • To coordinate with the studio team to produce all marketing collaterals and productions.
  • To develop the social and digital media initiatives and supervise its performance, including development and management of digital promotional campaigns, creation of influencing accounts and overseeing various channels.
  • To manage the organization’s accounts on social media, develop and publish the content on all specific digital media and websites
  • To post daily posts / tweets to all digital media and website
  • To manage website and intranet content, in respect of the writing, editing and publishing the content, and to ensure continuous updating
  • To plan digital media campaigns on various platforms.
  • To monitor and analyze digital media trends and its impact on corporate identity
  • To improve Search engine optimization (SEO)
  • To follow-up measures of performance and impact the digital media and the website
  • To ensure the consistency of messages across different channels
  • To prepare professional monthly reports on usage statistics on all digital media channels and the website
  • To manage live coverage of events and live broadcasts through digital media channels
  • To cooperate and coordinate with other departments in order to manage the reputation of the organization on the Internet
  • Any other related responsibilities and tasks

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the field of managing marketing and digital media channels
  • Bachelor's degree in New Media, Journalism, Marketing or any related field

Requirements
- BS degree in Marketing, or relevant discipline
- Previous working experience as a Market Executive for 2 years
- Fluent in English and Arabic
Key Responsibilities
- Aid in developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Organize implementation and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Aid in market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer data
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
Skills
- Proven experience as a marketing executive
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software

- Collect data on customers and marketplace and consolidate information into actionable items, reports, and presentations
- Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover customers’ preferences
- Compile and analyze statistical data using modern and traditional methods to collect it
- Perform valid and reliable market research
- Interpret data, formulate reports, and make recommendations
- Provide competitive analysis on international companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, and methods of operation
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices
Skills
- Proven Market Research Analysis experience
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of statistical packages, databases, and MS Office
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs
